I am a United States active duty military personnel and also a current doctoral candidate at PennWest University Global Online. My research foci surround holistic self-care, mental wellness, and resilience. I am passionate about giving back to the community as I answered my nation’s call to serve and defend my country. I have been involved in several health and humanitarian missions in the United States and internationally.
